Most checks are live queries against public infrastructure, so a report is only actionable if we can run the same query. Please include:

• the page you used, for example /tools/blacklist-checker;
• the exact input — the domain, IP address or email header you submitted;
• what the tool returned and what you expected instead;
• roughly when you ran it, since DNS and blocklist state change.

For a suspected false positive on a blocklist, also include the listing reference from the operator's own lookup page if you have one — the resolution is usually with the list operator rather than with us.

We do not delist domains or IP addresses, because we do not operate any of the blocklists this site queries. We do not provide paid deliverability consulting, managed sending, or bulk verification services — the tools here are self-serve. Requests to remove a page because it mentions a public record are not actioned, though factual errors are corrected when reported.
